Amazing 4 storey house in Clapham South, just a few minutes from the tube and common!

Room 1
Good sized room at the back of the house, facing the garden. The room is unfurnished but our old housemate would like to discuss leaving the furniture in the room. There is a bathroom right next to the room which is all yours and has a shower/bath.

Room 2 - Master
Huge, spacious room with his and hers en-suite bathroom including walk-in shower and bath. The room is unfurnished but the wardrobes are built in. The room has large windows so gets lot of natural light!

The House
The house is beautiful, it’s got great lighting and all the utilities you need. It has a very large kitchen, dining room, utility room, large basement which we use for storage, 4 bathrooms and a patio garden. The house in general is very big so we all have plenty of space and aren’t on top of each other.

The Housemates
As the tenancy is ending, sadly our housemate Ashleigh is moving back to Scotland and Emma is moving in with her boyfriend, so their rooms will be available. Your new housemates (in profile picture) will be Emma (29) and Sophie (31). The housemates have always met each other on SpareRoom and gotten on really well with one another. We both work a mixture of at home and in the city, and often spend our weekday evenings in the gym, at book club, out for dinner, or with a reality tv series. We do love being social on weekends but are not a party house.

We are seeking a female housemate aged between 28-35, someone who is keen to live somewhere that isn’t just a house but a home. Please send across a bit about yourself!

Move in date for both rooms is 17th November as this is when the tenancy renews.
Room 1 is £1175 pcm
Room 2 (Master) £1450 pcm
Bills on top vary between £80-100 depending on the time of year.

We are with an agency and have 12 months agreed for the tenancy but will plan to renew as we love the house, so ideally want someone who is committed to staying for the duration or at least 6 months.
