Double Room - Chilled Gals House in Clapham South

Hi guys!

About us:

We are a house of 4 English and 1 Irish gals aged 26-27 looking for another gal to join as our 6th housemate! We all are working professionals in London across different industries - business, property, marketing, tv and fashion.

We are a chilled bunch who like cooking, baking, watching shows together - and kitchen catch ups and yapping. We all like keeping our space clean and comfy for everyone.

About the house:

It’s a three-storey house with communal kitchen, sitting room and garden. We have two bathrooms which we share - 3 people to each.

Your Room:

It’s on the 3rd floor - and is furnished with a wardrobe, chest of drawers and bed. It gets lovely light in the eve and there is space for a small desk if you want to get one.

The Area:

We are in Clapham South - and we are a 15 mins walk from both Clapham South station and Balham station. Popping on the northern line gets you into into central within 30 mins. We are also walking distance to lots of bus stops.

There is a big Sainsburys, Waitrose, Tescos and Aldi local only 15 mins walk away as well as Balham high street which has got all your cute little shops, hairdressers, nail salons etc. There is also a huge Asda about a 10 minute drive away.

You:

We are looking for a girl aged around 26-28, who is super friendly, easy going, social, clean & respectful of space. We’d hope you are looking to settle in and make this your home - no short term lets considered.

Boring things
We have a private landlord. Rent is £652pm which includes all bills, council tax, Wi-Fi, bi-weekly cleaner and Sky TV! Deposit is £562. (Slay)

Aiming for viewings week starting Monday 28th October. Move in date will be Sunday 10th November.
