Double Room - Clapham South

We are looking for someone to fill a spacious double room in our house located just a 2-3 minute walk from Clapham South Station—ideal for anyone commuting into central London.

The house is currently home to four professionals: three English guys and one Aussie, all in our mid-20s. We're a relaxed and friendly bunch who enjoy unwinding with the latest Netflix series or catching sports during the week. On weekends, we often head out together to explore what London has to offer.

The room is available for £963 per month, with bills split evenly. The house itself is very spacious, featuring a large communal lounge area and a garden—perfect for relaxing or entertaining during the summer months.
