Looking for a fellow female young professional roommate (late twenties/early thirties) from the end of January in a ground floor terraced flat in Balham. The flat is situated between Balham and Clapham South stations – 7 min walk to Clapham South/10 min walk to Balham. Lots of nice pubs/bars/restaurants/shops all within walking distance. Clapham and Tooting Commons are both also a short walk away.

Flat is modernly decorated and fully furnished with separate kitchen/living room area and a small garden. Rent is £1250 per month plus all bills including wifi/council tax (around £130 per month). Must be clean and tidy, preferably doesn't work from home the entire time but flexible.

About me (current tenant): I am a 31 year old female, working in finance. I enjoy socialising with friends, playing tennis, running and enjoying a glass of wine or two.
