5 minutes walk from Clapham South tube station, 15 minutes walk from Balham tube station, 20 minutes walk from Clapham Junction train station. Excellent bus links 2mins walk away from bus station.

2 minute walk away from Sainsbury’s and 8 minutes away from a large Tescos. 5 minutes from Clapham Common. A large selection of pubs, restaurants and cafes nearby.

We have a shared garden, kitchen, storage room, and two bathrooms. The room comes with adjustable desk, sofa, two big wardrobe, chest of drawers, and shelves.

Currently living at the house are one female and two males. Please note that there is no shared living room.

We are a friendly, relaxed household and we do like to stop for a chat in the kitchen. Mature students and working professionals welcomed.

Rent is £720 per month and bills are an additional approx £120 per month.
