Large, bright double in cute Clapham house

I'm leaving my houseshare to move closer to work, so come join a fab group of gals in this lovely houseshare that has been my home for 5 years! It's a furnished double room with a bed + mattress, bedside table, chest of drawers, bookshelf, and wardrobe - I'd also be happy to sell my desk.

The room is £948 per month before bills, and winter bills (incl. council tax, band F) are around £122 each, taking this to £1070 total in winter but less in the summer.

We're ideally looking for someone who will take over the lease by the end of December/ beginning of January, but happy with a pre-Xmas move-in date too! We'd like to find someone who is looking to make this not just a house, but a home - we are all a sociable bunch but we also all value and respect each other's space!

The house has two full bathrooms, a recently renovated kitchen with dishwasher, a big dining area, a cozy living room complete with a TV and Wetherspoons-esque carpet (you'll know it when you see it), and a garden perfect for drinks and meals when the weather warms up! Your housemates would be:

Kiri, an executive recruiter from New Zealand: will force you to cameo in her tiktok videos and is always up for a chat, takeaway, or a film in the living room

Bethan, a film industry gal from Scotland: our newest housemate who won us over with her sense of humour, great chat, and offers of potential cinema perks
