About the flat
The flat is a beautifully finished modern, clean and bright space. It’s set across 3 levels with a large open plan living and dining area, fully equipped kitchen and balcony at the back which is a perfect little sun trap! Really close to Clapham Common. 5 min walk from Clapham South station and 10 mins from Balham/wandsworth common. Sainsbury’s local and pub both 2 mins away and very easy walk to Northcote road.

The room
Good sized double room with loads of storage. Massive built in wardrobes and additional storage outside in the airing cupboard. The room is unfurnished but I’m not taking my bed with me so happy to leave and can negotiate price. It’s an ottoman bed so tonnes more storage underneath.
Bathroom shared with 1 other. Shower above bath, underfloor heating and towel rail.

Flat mates
Both my flatmates are full time busy professionals but we love a glass of wine and chat. Very chilled and would love another female flatmate who can fit the current vibe.

Boring bits
Rent is £1285 pcm. Bills are split and usually come to about £100 each but less in summer. We have a cleaner that comes twice per month.
Wouldn’t be ideal for someone who works from home exclusively would need to be in the office most days as there isn’t working space in the room.
