1 Large Double Room in Clapham South

I’m looking for a replacement for my spacious double bedroom in Clapham South as of the start of March.

The room has a large window which provides a lot of natural light, a built-in wardrobe and comes with a chest of draws. The flat is fully furnished as well.

You would be sharing a bathroom with Tash while the 3rd bedroom in the house is occupied by Georgia and Archie who have an ensuite.

There is a balcony out the back which gets the afternoon sun and is an absolute vibe through the summer!

Tash, Georgia and Archie are all Aussie professionals in their late 20s that love to socialize separately or together while also watching some trashy TV through the week. It’s not a party house nor a smoking house but everyone is always up for a good time!

Rent is 1075 a month without bills. Bills are usually around 100 a month inclusive of council tax.
The deposit is 1,153.84 which is 1/3 of the total house deposit.
