3 Double Rooms available in Clapham South

We have 3 double rooms available in our charming 4 bed flat in Clapham South, from 1st March at the end of our current tenancy. 🏡

The flat is located in a lovely, safe area of Clapham/Balham. A short 6 minute walk from Clapham South tube station and a 10 minute walk to Balham. We are also very close to Wandsworth Common, Northcote Road and Clapham Common.

We are looking for 3 flatmates to sign a new tenancy agreement starting 1st March, please note rent may be subject to increase. Currently, we are an all girls household between the ages of 25-28 and would love to find new people who would like to be friends as well as housemates. Most importantly I’m looking for people who are friendly, kind and chatty. As well as being very clean/tidy, happy to take it in turns with chores on a weekly basis, as we like to keep the flat homely and clutter free. 🧼

About me! I’m a 26yr old Northern girly who has lived in the flat/London for 2 years. I work in fashion marketing and love wholesome activities such as: cooking, going for walks, Pilates/Yoga, I’m a regular gym goer & have also just started my running journey. I enjoy going for brunch/eating out, watching F1, museums, being out in nature, wine bars (although not a heavy drinker), I’m also happy in the local pub or having a cosy night in.

All rooms are technically unfurnished, however the girls would like to sell their furniture with the rooms (TBC). Please see floor plan attached for layouts & sqft.

Bills are not included and currently fixed at £83 per month during winter and £73 in summer. However they will be re-shuffled once the current tenants leave in Feb. We also use Splitwise for any ad hoc flat costs such as cleaning supplies etc.
