Large room in sociable house

A large double room with desk space and separate bathroom is available in a friendly, mixed household from early February.

We’re looking for a girl between 28-32, who we can become real friends with and all hang out together, we also respect everyone’s own time and have our own lives.

The Housemates
You’ll be living with Trent, 29 from Australia and has been in London for 2.5 years now. Tries to stay healthy with balance of gym and beer. An even split between from WFH and office and always down for a pub session. Big fan of football and all sports in general

Charlie, 30 from Surrey. Works in media with a balance of 3 days in the office and the other two WFH. He enjoys travelling, festivals, bottomless brunching at the weekend, walks around the common, reading a book in a local coffee shop and usually ending the night at the Two Brewers!

Gloria, 28, is into surfing and hiking, enjoys reading, and has a passion for cooking - but only when cooking for others lol. She also loves live music, festivals, and the occasional Pilates class . A regular at the pub, she is generally outgoing and sociable.

The House & Room
- Great kitchen with large island, bifold doors and a garden. You’ll get your own large cupboard to store your food. Washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher all included.

- ⁠Shared front room space with TV.

- 1 toilet room downstairs and 2 bathrooms.

- Large double bedroom on the top floor with natural light through the skylights. Wardrobe space and can easily WFH. You will also have your own bathroom.

- All bills come to around £130 approx each month but flex in the summer and winter. We have a cleaner that comes bi-weekly to clean the communal areas.
