We have amazing house in Clapham South, and we are looking for a fun new flatmate to share this amazing place with the 4 of us(@ Aussie and 2 brit girls). (Ideally we prefer working females to share with us)
The flat comprises the top 2 floors in a recently renovated 3-level house on a quiet residential street in Clapham just a 5 minute walk to the Tube 🚇, Tesco, Sainsburys etc.
The recent renovation includes stunning open plan kitchen living space with huge floor to ceiling windows, modern underfloor heating, great flow through ventilation and double-glazed windows. All bedrooms very bright and spacious with large windows and high ceilings.

- Fully furnished kitchen-living space with modern appliances open plan very well-lit large living area/kitchen (skylight + floor to ceiling windows) ☀️☀️☀️
- Shared bathroom on 1st flr (shared between 3 bedrooms)
- Shared separate laundry room on 1st flr with large washing machine and dryer
- Shared powder room on 2nd flr
