We have amazing house in Clapham South, and we are looking for a fun new flatmate to share this amazing place with the 4 of us(@ Aussie and 2 brit girls). (Ideally we prefer working females to share with us)

The flat comprises the top 2 floors in a recently renovated 3-level house on a quiet residential street in Clapham just a 5 minute walk to the Tube 🚇, Tesco, Sainsburys etc.

The recent renovation includes stunning open plan kitchen living space with huge floor to ceiling windows, modern underfloor heating, great flow through ventilation and double-glazed windows. All bedrooms very bright and spacious with large windows and high ceilings.

Terms:
- Formal Sub-lease, and head lease will be provided to successful applicant.
- Rental basis 6 month lease to end March 2026 (Possibly can be extended), shorter terms considered
- Upfront payment = 2 months rent ( 1 month held as Security Deposit/Bond + First Month's rent in advance)
- Notice Period 1 month
