My partner and I have recently moved out of our lovely room in our first floor flat in Clapham South/Belham.
We’re looking to sublet it until we’re able to find a couple or single to take over the room permanently!
You’d be living with our Aussie flatmates Jess and Jono who are both 25, professionals and super friendly!
The room would be perfect for anyone who’s just moved to the UK and is wanting to find their feet with the potential of staying on long term. There’s no inbuilt storage in the room but a couple of large cub boards in the shared spaces with plenty of room for suitcases, backpacks etc.
It’s close to a few supermarkets, lots of bus routes and both the overground and underground are 10-15min walk away.
There’s also a bunch of cafes and pubs on the Belham high road, less than 5mins walk away!
