Description
Double room available in large share house with garden and living room. The house is well located with a short walk to Clapham South tube station, a bit further to Balham tube and National Rail station, and multiple bus stops around.
You will be living with four housemates-an Aussie, an Irish, an English and a Slovenian, who are all working in professional jobs and get along well. We're all busy independent people, but enjoy a chat and events together when our calendars align! We enjoy cracking out the BBQ in the summer, or the occasional pub quiz at one of the many locals.
Rent is £1000per month, bills additional, with an £1000 deposit when you first move in. There are no wasteful admin fees, as we deal with a private landlord.
