South Clapham room

Hello! Our current flatmates are moving for work, so we have a double room for rent in our fully furnished, beautiful house 🏡 It’s perfect for a couple or a single. It’s a ground floor house with a spacious bathroom, open plan kitchen and living room and a small outdoor area ☀️

The room is a good size and can come fully furnished or unfurnished. You’ll be living with myself and my boyfriend Jono both 26 and from Australia . Jono works in construction and I’m a travel agent.

The house has lots of storage, with three big cupboards to store whatever you need! It’s also really well connected. A 1 minute walk to balham high street that has everything you need from multiple supermarkets to some of the best op shops in London. A 7 minute walk to Clapham south tube station, a 10 minute walk to balham tube and overground station 🚅 and bus stops a minute walk away 🚌

The rent is £1300 per month, bills come to around £130 a month total, so around £65 each for a couple. Deposit is £1557.
