Double Room in Clapham South

I am currently living with my best friend Tessa in a lovely 2 bed flat in Clapham South.
I am sadly moving back to Australia in July, so I’m filling the room. We’re looking for someone sociable and easy going.

Tessa is 31, from Boston and working in tech sales. Tessa works a mix of days in the office and from home.

The room has a double bed, closet, chest of drawers and low storage. The bed comes with the room, and I own all other furniture. However I’m happy to leave/ sell anything in the room you’d like.

Lovely south facing backyard which gets plenty of sun.
There is a basement downstairs with storage and a washing machine and a separate dryer.

Great location - just 5 minutes walk to Clapham south station. With a Sainsburys local a few minutes away and a big tesco just a bit further.
