1 Room in Clapham South 🌳

This house is located at the corner of Clapham Common, just a 3 minute walk from Clapham South Tube Station and 10 mins from Wandsworth Common station. We have a large cool garden and a large lounge. We have loads of space for off street parking (if that’s your thing).

We’ve been renting the house for 3 years, and now one of our flatmates is moving out, so we’re looking to fill the room. The room is small, so it only works for someone who goes to the office or doesn’t spend much time in their room plus, doesn't mind small spaces. You would be sharing one of the 2 bathrooms with Dan, Lucas & James.

It’s a social house in a great location - we get on really well and sometimes go out to the common, occasionally play music together, talk about life, philosophy and interests.

Current tenants:
There’s Dan, a 24 year old record label manager working at 180 the strand. He loves producing music, playing tennis and cooking new foods.

Lucas, 24 years old, data scientist working from home. Also big on music, going out for food and drinks, nature and Arsenal.

Alfredo, a 30 year-old data analyst working at Universal Music. He loves writing songs in his spare time, music in general, hiking, sport, cycling, meditation, comedy, socialising, philosophising and probably most other stuff you might suggest.

We're looking for someone that is very clean, calm and relaxed that might fit into the house easily and get on with everyone.

Bills are not included but will probably come to around £75-£90 depending on the energy bills that month. We have a green energy provider, our showers are electric, but the heating does use gas, which we try to minimise.

We've agreed to renew our lease with the landlord this year. The new lease will start in on 6th June 2025.
