Hello! We are looking to replace ourselves on our tenancy for our gorgeous flat in Clapham South around mid-July (but we can be flexible!)
The flat is a 5 minute walk to Clapham South and the common, 10-15 min walk from Balham and Clapham Common. We are very close to Abbeville road too! The space: the flat has two spacious bedrooms with loads of built in storage and two bathrooms. The main bedroom has an en-suite with a walk-in shower and loo and the main bathroom has a bath/shower and loo.
The flat is unfurnished and would suit either two couples or two singles (or one of each!). We may sell one of the beds / some of the furniture but tbc.
The landlord is absolutely wonderful, and is super attentive if anything needs doing (but also never hassles us.) The flat is also in Wandsworth - so cheaper council tax!
There are 3 years left on the tenancy, however when the time comes to leave you can replace yourselves for a fee of £50 per tenant like we’re doing.
The flat comes with an off-road parking space.
Rent for the whole flat is £2650 per month + bills (which are around £220 pm which includes water, electricity, gas and council tax!)
The only reason we are leaving is because we are moving out of London - we will miss this flat a lot!!
