We are looking for someone to fill a room in our 3 bed flat in Clapham South as our flatmate is making the big move in with her boyfriend! The contract runs until 1st August 2026, with the possibility of extending after.
🏠Rent is £960 pcm excluding bills (which usually come to around £120 a month including gas & electric, water, wifi, council tax and a cleaner twice a month🧼). The room comes fully furnished with a bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside tables, shelves and desk so there is loads of storage!
📍 The location of the flat is literally perfect! 1-2 min walk to Clapham South station, 2 mins to big Tesco and Clapham Common just over the road.
👭 You’ll be living with Lizzie (24) and Emma (25). We both work full time in the office so are pretty busy during the week but enjoy spending time together at the weekends! We love going for brunch, to the pub, going out for dinner, having BBQs in the garden and picnics on the common! We’re looking for someone clean, tidy and social who would like to be friends as well as housemates🥰
