I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy as I’m moving in with my bf.
One room available in Clapham South, SW12.
Right next to Wandsworth common, 10min walk to Clapham South, 12 mins to Balham and 20mins to Clappy J (or 5min lime). Available from the 5th July but can be flexible here.
Three boys currently in the house - Austin (Aussie), Joe (Kiwi) and James (a brit). All house trained to living with girls, open to genders!
Rent is £1080. Deposit is £1095 each.
Standing bills are £60 a month, electricy and gas is usually around £40. So total about £100 a month. Furnished.
You’d be taking over the tenancy till end of Sept, where the landlord will be rolling it forward; so ideally someone who would like to sign on for the next year. I’ve been here almost 2 years and the landlord is a great guy, super easy going.
Looking for someone who’s social and up for a chat and pint, but keeps the wild partying down during the week. Mid twenties, clean and can have a laugh is a good starting point ✌️we enjoy chatting with each other and a trip to the local pub (3mins away).
This is a great house, has a gym, laundry, newly redone bathroom and extra toilet downstairs (2.5 bathrooms), 4 bedrooms and one with an ensuite, huge lounge (check out that couch), garden area, parking space on the driveway, and big kitchen and dining to boot. Three stories so feels pretty spacious and lots of storage.
