Room plus work From home space

Hi, I’m Nick and have a room to let in a very quiet maisonette closet to Clapham South. The room is offered with an additional small box-room available for use as a home office/ for home working.. the maisonette is modern, clean, in good condition and has its own front door and small patio garden. I work away a lot so for most of the time won’t be around/ expect to see me monthly for two or three days. It’s important that you respect the space, consistently tidy and are able to keep the property clean. Viewing available between 16th and 19th January 2025. Available from 16th February 2026.
