Hello,
We are looking for a new housemate, male or female, to join our house share, located 5 minutes away from Clapham South tube station.
Our housemate Conor is sadly moving on, so we are looking to fill his space from 24th September 2025.
We are all working professionals, aged between 22-32 and looking for another working professional to join us.
We are all very friendly and enjoy socialising in the evenings, however we have our own busy lives and are respectful of each other’s space. We are very clean and have a fortnightly cleaner for communal spaces and would like someone who is also courteous of other people but would like to get on with their housemates. We like a nice happy environment and are looking for someone we can call a friend. We are a non-smoking household and whilst we enjoy the occasional hosting, we are not a party house and would like to maintain this.
