Gorgeous large double in Clapham South

The room going is a largee double room furnished with a bed, night table with drawers, wardrobe, large bookcase and a desk. It has a lot of storage to go with the room! Bills are £95 a month :)

The house has two full bathrooms, a recently renovated kitchen with dishwasher, a big dining area, a cozy living room complete with a TV and Wetherspoons-esque carpet, and a garden we’ve hosted a few parties in over the summer! 🏡

We’re in an excellent location just off a main road with pretty much every supermarket within a short walk away, as well as 10 min walk to Clapham Common and tons of cute cafes and restaurants near both stations. Being a road back from the high street though means our street is both peaceful and feels pretty safe.
