1 Room in a 2 bed furnished Clapham South flat

My current flatmate is unfortunately moving out of London, so I am looking for someone to replace him. It’s available from the 1st October but there’s scope to potentially bring that a week earlier.

The flat is an upstairs flat and was recently fully redecorated and was fitted with brand new carpets and curtains. It’s a great location only 5 mins walk from Clapham South tube station.

The larger of the two rooms is for rent (pictured). The room has a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. There would be space to fit a desk if the furniture was moved around slightly.

I have a desk in the living room and intermittently work from home depending on the time of year. I would be happy for you use it when I’m in the office.

A bit about me:
Since September last year I’ve been on audit grad scheme working in London Bridge. I enjoy going to the gym, going on the occasional run, chilling in the pub and around the flat. Sports wise I watch F1 and the occasional rugby match. We keep the flat pretty clean and tidy so hope you would be the same. I like to work from home when I can but this depends the time of the year.

Bills are approximately 150 per month
