Who You’ll Be Living With:
Bayan (29) and Jamie (30) – two easy-going, sociable guys who enjoy a relaxed, respectful home environment. You’ll be sharing the top floor with India (29) who is again, very lovely! Bathroom is shared just with India.
Location:
5-minute walk to Clapham South tube station (Northern Line)
15-minute walk to Balham train and tube station
Tesco, Aldi, M&S and Sainsbury’s all within walking distance.
Rent: £900 per month
Bills: £100 per month (includes everything)
