Good-sized, calm room on the top floor at the back of the house, facing the garden.
Room 2
Spacious room on top floor with large windows and lots of natural light.
The rooms share a bathroom with a skylight. They are both unfurnished but our old housemates will be leaving some furniture in the rooms.
The house
The house is beautiful - it has great lighting and all the utilities you need. It has a very large kitchen, dining room and living room, a utility room and large basement which we use for storage, 4 bedrooms and bathrooms and a patio garden. The house in general is very big so we all have plenty of space and aren’t on top of each other.
The housemates
Your new housemates will be Rachel (32) and Becca (36). We met each other on SpareRoom and got on really well. We both work a mixture of at home / from an office / coworking space and often spend our weekday evenings in the gym, at pilates or run club, out for dinner or drinks, or in for dinner and chats around the kitchen island.
We are seeking a female housemate aged between 28-36, someone who is keen to live somewhere that isn’t just a house but a home. Please send across a bit about yourself :)

Move-in date for both rooms is 17th November as this is when the tenancy renews.
Room 1 is £1100 pcm
Room 2 is £1175 pcm
Bills on top vary between £80-100 depending on the time of year.
The tenancy
The tenancy will be periodic with 30-day notice required as a house to end the tenancy. Our landlord is currently marketing the house for sale so unfortunately there are occasional viewings and risk the place could be sold at some point. We would have minimum 2-months' notice if it sold, or potentially more if a future move-in date was selected. If the house does not sell this autumn, the landlord has expressed waiting until spring to re-market if he does. If he doesn't receive an acceptable offer, the house will be taken off of the market.
We absolutely love the house so we are hopeful to continue our tenancy here.
We will be holding viewings this weekend or in the evenings after work next week. If of interest, please let us know what days suit you best!
