Ensuite Double in spacious 2BR/BA

My flatmate is moving abroad so now's my chance to upgrade.

En-suite room in a spacious flat (pictures don't do it justice, you'll have to see). The development is a 10-15 walk to both Balham or Clapham South. Not far from Brixton either and the area is crawling with e-bikes. Quite residential street between Clapham and Tooting commons.

The room, spacious in itself, has immense storage with 2.5 built in wardrobes with hanger space and drawers. There's even more storage space in the hall with shoe cupboards, utility closets and a ton of coat hooks. Don't have a lot of stuff? Go get some more. There's room.

The large living room includes a TV with surround sound and turntable. It opens up to balcony that has a 4 seater table. Yeah, it's spacious too.

Kitchen comes equipped with dishwasher(!), oven/hob, microwave, air fryer and washer/dryer. There are tons of dishes, cutlery and other appliances. You don't need to bring anything!

There's a smaller spare room / office that's useful for guests to visit. There's also parking (but I'm not certain of the details).

Bills (power, broadband, council tax)come out to around £150 a month. Water is paid biannually. The lease term is technically 24 months, but it's only £50 to break when finding a replacement tenant (that's how I got here). You'll be replacing a previous tenant on a new lease and will need to go through referencing with the estate agents.

Looking for a flatmate who is clean, considerate and easy-going (this is how my former flatmates would describe me btw).

About me: I'm a software developer from the USA who's been in London for 7 years. I'm really into music, film and literature - pretty nerdy about all three. I play football weekly and spend a lot of time out and about enjoying the city. When home, I'm pretty quiet but do enjoy cooking, watching films and discussing the pressing the issues of society.
