I’m sadly moving out after just over five great years in this amazing Clapham South home, so we’re now looking for a lovely new housemate to join our household.

You’ll be living with Alice, Meg and Rachael - all in their mid to late 20s who are easy-going, friendly and considerate to live with. Everyone has their own routine but we get on really well and enjoy catching up over dinner and a glass of wine, or watching a movie/reality TV show together when we can.

The Room:
Rent: £1,180pm plus bills that are c.£130 a month
Large double with plenty of natural light (recently painted)
On the top floor, views looking into garden, minimal noise
Shared bathroom with one other girl
Move in from 1st November
Technically unfurnished, am looking to sell most of the furniture

The House:
In a gated community with a private garden
Spacious living room and separate kitchen
2 rooms have en suites, and there is an additional toilet on the ground floor
Parking space available

The Location:
Three-minute walk to Clapham South station (Northern Line)
Around fifteen minute walk to Balham for both train and tube connections
Close to Tesco, Aldi, M&S, Waitrose and Sainsbury’s

We’re ideally looking for a girl in her mid to late 20s who’ll fit in with the relaxed and friendly house vibe.
