Large Double Bedroom with En-suite in Clapham

We’re looking for a 4th housemate to join our lovely home in Clapham South / Balham from 6 December (potentially earlier if needed). It is really well located (8 minutes to both tube stations), with modern furnishings and is close to lots of cute bars, pilates studios and restaurants.

The lease is for 10 months with the opportunity to extend, rent is £1300 and bills are roughly £120, which includes a cleaner twice a month. The house is fully furnished, you’ll just need to furnish your room (option to buy bed £50).

The room takes up the whole top floor and has loads of storage. You also will have large en-suite bathroom all to yourself. You’ll be living with 3 chilled girls (2 Brits and 1 Aussie) aged 27-32. We occasionally cook and watch a cozy movie together, or head out for a glass of wine. We like all the normal things, going out for brunch, picnics in the park and keeping active during the week :)
