Spacious double room in Clapham South with balcony

I’m looking for someone to take over my double room in Clapham South as I’ll be moving back to scotland. Move in date around 14th December.
About the room/flat:
- Furnished double bedroom (comes with bed, built-in wardrobe, and chest of drawers)
- 2 bathrooms (one is an en suite so you’ll be sharing the one pictured with only one housemate)
- Less than 1min from Clapham South tube underground!
- Gorgeous balcony/terrace
- Shared living room & kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, air fryer)
- Great location: less than 1 min from northern line & Clapham Common, 10 mins in either direction to Balham and Clapham High street
- Rent & bills - £1030pcm excl bills (approx £100/month)

You'd be living with a 28 year old solicitor (girl) and her 28 year old gay best friend (guy) who works in sales. Both are lovely, tidy, clean and social housemates.

Both have busy jobs and social lives but equally enjoy a cosy night in. Common flat activities include cooking, running, a glass of wine, and a pub evening (partake in as much as you prefer!)

We’re hoping for another relaxed, easy going (and tidy!) housemate to take over my room.
