Hi, we are currently looking for a new housemate to join us from end of Nov/beginning of Dec.
About the room:
A spacious double bedroom with a shared bathroom. Loads of sunlight throughout the day. Bills aren’t included but as we come into winter approx £160 per month.
About the house and us:
3 professionals, all 30, working in various jobs from Sales, social media and aviation. A sociable and friendly house, always up for a trip to the pub and an excuse to host. We’re all very respectful of people’s personal space and cleanliness too, we’re just after someone fun and like minded to join us.
A gorgeous house in between Clapham South (5 mins) and Balham (10 mins).
Large open plan kitchen/living room with all the modern amenities, separate from living room means we’re not all on top of each other. Patio area outside with seating, during the summer often leads to countless bbq’s and hosting.
