We’re looking for someone to take over a beautiful double bedroom with ensuite on the top floor of our house share.

The bedroom is at the top of the house, has an ensuite with shower and toilet, and is really light and bright. There’s also a big double built in wardrobe and extra storage throughout the house, eg. Huge cupboard directly outside of the room and under the stairs.

The room comes with bed and mattress included. I will be selling some of the other bits of furniture if interested.

We’re a friendly house of working professional girls, working in consulting, events and marketing. You will be sharing with 3 other females. We enjoy meals together and a chat, but also respect the need for chilling and downtime. Not a big party household, we’re a chill and homely space.

The property sits within a gates Mews and has a large private garden (great for BBQs in the summer)!!

The house is in Clapham South, close to M&S food, Sainsbury’s, tescos etc. We’re also close to loads of great pubs and a 5 mins walk to Abbeville Road.
