Hello I am looking for someone to sublet my room in our lovely 4 bedroom house while I go home to Australia for 4 weeks!

About the room:
- Bright and cosy
- Fully furnished with a double bed and some drawer and cupboard space
- Window facing the back garden hence is very quiet with no street noise
- Your own bathroom right next to the room

About the house:
- Spacious and clean with shared living and kitchen area
- Chill friendly house environment
- Great location - less than a 10min walk to Clapham South tube station, an M&S food, Sainsbury’s local and big Tesco supermarkets, local cafes with great coffee & brunch, and Clapham Common park
- Wifi, heating, washing machine, drier included

About the housemates:
- 3 friendly, respectful girls in their 30s
- Hybrid working - some work from home and in the living room
- We like to have a chat and catch up with each other but we also have our own personal lives so we are often out of the house as well
- We treat our house as a home, we clean up after ourselves and we do shared fortnightly cleaning of the house

We are looking for someone:
- Female in their late 20s-30s
- Tidy, clean and respectful of shared spaces and the relaxed environment of our house
- Works mostly out of the house - as most of the girls WFH
