Room in Clapham South !

We have a room available in our lovely flat in Clapham South! The room is available from 1st December so we would really like to find someone ASAP but You can move in anytime this side of Christmas.

• We are two 27 year olds so looking for someone of a similar age, no couples or students sorry! Female preferred !

• Neither Georgia or I work from home so you would have the office to use, perf for hybrid workers!

• The flat is newly refurbed and you’d be sharing a bathroom with me.

• It’s just down from Clapham South Station but equally a quick walk to Balham for the train station, and there’s a bus stop at the top of the road, less than 30 sec walk away

• The rent is £950+ bills which usually come to ~£150
