2-month sublet in Clapham South - Jan & Feb 2026

I’m subletting my lovely large double room from early January until the end of February. Perfect for someone looking for a temporary base in south London. The flat is in a brilliant location: 4 minutes from Clapham South station, less than 10 minutes’ walk to central Balham, and close to Clapham, Tooting and Wandsworth Commons.

The room and flat are fully furnished, bright and spacious, with a shared bathroom with one other tenant (bath and shower), a well-equipped kitchen, and a garden for when the sun decides to show up. You’d be sharing with two great housemates (one male, one female) who are close friends of mine - both friendly, tidy, and easy-going. They’re up for the occasional dinner or drink but also value downtime and having their own space.

It’s a relaxed, welcoming home that would suit someone after a comfortable short-term stay in a fabulous south London spot.
