We’re three girls (24–27) looking for a friendly fourth flatmate to share our 4-bed house just off Clapham Common (Clapham south).
We like heading out for drinks or a night on the town, but equally happy with movie nights, park picnics and a bottle of wine
We are looking for someone Sociable and respectful of the vibe of the house! And works from home and in office!

It’s a 2 minute walk to Clapham South tube and 20 minute walk from Balham station

Downstairs WC plus an upstairs bathroom (shared by two rooms); the other two rooms each have ensuites

Room & rent

Room (shared bathroom): £1,150 pcm (excluding bills), deposit is one months rent and must have a UK gaurentor. See video of room!
