Clapham South Double Bedroom

Unfortunately I’m having to leave these great people and my double bedroom in Clapham South will be available. You will be living with three other sociable house mates. There is a new 2 year contract (with option to sublet if you need) to start in January so the new tenant will be signing up with the three current tenants to that agreement. Although I am flexible with dates! It’s a big house with separate dining room, separate living room, back garden/ patio. It’s also 1 min from the tube!
