The flat is bright and cosy with high ceilings, its own private garden and a separate front entrance, giving it a real home-like feel.
The double bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom and plenty of built-in storage, making it ideal for a short-term stay.
You’d be sharing the flat with two girls in their mid-20s, both professionals, sociable and easy-going, and respectful of shared spaces. Preferably, we’re looking for another girl to join the flat for the sublet period.
The flat is located on a quiet residential street between Clapham South and Balham stations, with excellent transport links, supermarkets and parks nearby. The area is safe and lovely to live in.
