Room for rent in Clapham South

We have a double en-suite room available in our charming 4 bed flat in Clapham South, from 1st April. As our previous flatmate is moving to the SOF! 🏡

The flat is located in a lovely, safe, family friendly area of Clapham/Balham. A short 6 minute walk from Clapham South tube station, and a 10 minute walk to Balham. We’re also very close to Wandsworth Common, Northcote Road and Clapham Common.

We are an all girls household and would love to find someone who would like to be friends as well as housemates. Most importantly we’re looking for someone friendly, kind, mature and chatty. As well as being very clean and tidy, happy to take part in the weekly cleaning rota, as we like to keep the flat homely and clutter free. We take pride in our home and would love someone who values this too! 🫶🏼

About us! We’re all 27 y/o single girls who have become best friends & all met via SpareRoom in March. We love quiet, cosy nights in watching movies together, with the occasional pub trip/night out as a group. Although we tend to go out for weekly drinks/picnics during summer (love the pear 🌳 ). I’m a Northern girly who has lived in the flat for 3 years. I work in marketing and love wholesome activities such as: cooking, going for walks, Pilates/Yoga, running. I enjoy going for brunch, exploring new restaurants, F1, museums, being out in nature, wine bars (but not a heavy drinker).

Bills are not included and currently around £90-£100pm during winter and £70-£80pm in summer. We also use Splitwise for any ad hoc flat costs such as cleaning supplies etc.

The room is technically unfurnished, however the furniture left - bed/mattress/drawers/rail is being sold, please see floor plan attached for layouts & sqft.
