3 young professionals looking for a social, clean and fun flatmate to share our lovely house with. The house is located right by Clapham South Station, and is 2 min walking distance from Clapham Common, M&S, Sainsbury’s, pubs and restaurants.

Cost: £819.50 and £120.50 for bills including a bi weekly cleaner and a kitty for bits like cleaning products and loo roll

Deposit: 1 months rent so circa £850

Contract start date: 2nd Feb

This is a tenancy take over with the contract ending 4th August, likely options to extend

It’s a 3 floor house (your room is on the middle floor) with 1 garden, 1 balcony, 1 bathroom, 2 toilets, kitchen, lounge and loads of storage room including a garage for bikes. It is also in a mews so feels very safe.

We are 2 gals (millie and kate ) and one guy (Simon). Simon is 34, working as a welder and is always happy to fix things in the house. Millie is 28, is a consultant and loves to play hockey and a casual pub trip. Kate is 28, working as a training and conference manager and enjoys a spin class, spending time with friends and trying to remember to water our house plants.

The cleanliness of the house is very important to us which is why we have a weekly cleaner which is included in the bills.
