Double room with bathroom & terrace,Clapham South

Hi! I am sadly having to relocate due to work, so I am looking for someone to take over my room in this gorgeous modern two bed apartment in Clapham South, sharing with my wonderful roommate Laura. I will genuinely miss both this place and living with her.

The room is a lovely double, comes with its own private bathroom (the bed shown in the photos is a king) and has double sliding doors leading to the gorgeous terrace. The bedroom will be unfurnished, while the rest of the apartment is fully furnished. The flat is bright, stylish and beautifully kept, with a huge private terrace that is amazing for summer evenings, BBQs and hosting friends. There is also an inbuilt sound system throughout the apartment, which is great for entertaining or relaxing at home. It really feels like a special place to live.

Rent is £1,500 per month, or £1,600 including bills.

Laura is an incredible housemate and is super friendly, tidy and easy going. We enjoy a glass of wine and a catch up in the evenings and BBQs on the terrace in the summer, but are also very happy doing our own thing. It is the perfect balance of sociable and respectful.

The location could not be better and is just a 2 minute walk from Clapham South station and Clapham Common, with lots of great cafes, shops and bars nearby.

I am genuinely very sad to be leaving this gorgeous flat and I would love to find someone who will enjoy it just as much as I have.
