Double room available in a 2 bedroom flat

Hey! We’ve got a furnished double room available in our 2-bed flat in Clapham South for £975 a month, excluding bills (around £150 pp). The move-in date would be 29th January 2026.

My lovely flatmate is heading back to New Zealand, so I’m looking for someone to take her room. You’d be living with me - I’m 26 and love playing netball, going to the gym, exploring wine bars and restaurants, grabbing coffee, going for walks, and watching Netflix with a glass of wine. Ideally looking for someone aged 26-31 to treat our flat like a home, who’s keen for making it homely and someone who wants to become a friends rather than just flatmates. 🏡🥂Bonus if you are into fitness so we can motivate each other 🤣💪
