I’m looking to sublet my room for the months of March & April - all done through our letting agent.

🛏️It’s a double room in a 4-bed house in Clapham South. Borough is Wandsworth so council tax is cheap as chips.

💵£975 a month excluding bills (£100-120)

🏠 Big cosy living room, large garden with gas bbq and pizza oven, modern bathroom shared with one other, spacious kitchen and dining area. All the cookware, utensils and cookbooks you could dream of.

📍5 minute walk from Clapham South Station.

You’ll be sharing with 3 other male housemates (26-29) who are all very easy going, clean, and considerate people. We socialise together often in the house but also respect each other’s space.
