Double bedroom near Clapham Common

I’m looking to fill this double room right near Clapham South tube station, from 17th March. I’ve absolutely loved living here for last couple of years and can’t recommend it enough - but now time to move in with my boyfriend!

You’ll be living with three other girls in their 20s, who are all professionals working in London. We are a friendly house who like to do social things together, such as going for a drink or watching TV - but equally respect each others space and often do our own separate things. We’re looking for someone who is tidy, friendly and chilled to fit in with the current vibe ☺️

The room is a good size double with room for a desk and drawers, and has a large built-in wardrobe. The bathroom is shared with two other housemates and there is also a downstairs toilet.

The house itself is set out across three floors with a massive living space, a separate kitchen / dining area and a garden.

The house is within a gated close, making it feel very safe and secure. We’re only a few minutes away from Clapham South tube station and have plenty of shops, pubs and restaurants nearby!

Another room available will be available in the house from March too, perfect if you and a friend are looking for somewhere together. Let us know if you’re interested and we can arrange a viewing.

Other bits:
- The contract will switch to rolling with the renters rights act coming in on 1st May.
- The deposit is roughly £900.
- Bills come to approx £120 per person.
