Lovely bright double room with ensuite available in a spacious 2 bedroom/2 bathroom flat in Clapham South. The flat is in an excellent location: 1 min from Clapham Common and 3 min walk to Clapham South tube station, big Tesco, M&S, cafes and pubs.

The room comes furnished with a double bed and plenty of wardrobe space along with a private ensuite. The room opens out into a large spacious patio/garden area which is great in the summer months.

It’s perfect for somebody who likes their privacy but still enjoys the social aspects of living in a flat. A spacious kitchen, dining room/conservatory and large living room separates this bedroom from the other bedroom at the front of the house.

You will be living with a couple (2 kiwis, early 30s). We are sociable and easygoing, enjoy getting out and about with friends in London, keeping fit, travelling Europe and the UK, and chilling out in our downtime during the week.
