🛌The Room:
Moving out of this incredible room only because I’ve finally bought my own place! This is a massive, south-facing master bedroom flooded with natural light thanks to three huge windows. It features a king-sized bed, generous built-in wardrobes, and plenty of shelving. If you need extra storage, there’s a large chest of drawers available (or we can move it to the dining room if you prefer your own furniture). It’s double-glazed and set back from the main road, making it a genuine "safe haven."

This is a spacious, three-story terraced house:
* The Bathroom: Recently renovated and huge, featuring a luxury walk-in rain shower. You’ll only share this with one other girl.
* Living Space: A massive living room with a big chaise lounge sofa and large TV, opening directly onto a private garden—perfect for summer.
* Kitchen/Dining: A separate, large kitchen where multiple people can cook comfortably. It’s fully kitted out with an airfryer and coffee machine (no need to bring your own kit!). You’ll have your own dedicated pantry space and your own fridge/freezer shelves.
* Bonus Storage: A separate ground-floor W/C with a washing machine, plus basement space for anything extra.

You’ll be sharing with three lovely professionals (ages 28–31) who all hybrid work.
* Marie (28): Works in Marketing; loves gym classes, exploring new restaurants, and visiting family in Germany.
* Charlie (30): Works in Tech; enjoys socializing, the gym, and is a great cook.
* Meg (31): Works in Environment; loves traveling, various hobbies, and weekend trips away.
The vibe is social but respectful, super home rather than just a flatshare.

🥱The Boring Bits
* Move-in date: Flexible! I’m expecting to complete on my flat in about 6 weeks, but we can chat about what works for you.
* Lease: The current lease runs until the end of June.
