Hey! I am sadly moving out of my flat in Clapham South/Balham area so there is a room available. The cost of the room is £916 per month with bills coming to between £100-130 per month. The tenancy is running until the 24th May 2026 so you will only be signing for 2 months but great for a short term stay! You will be living with Sophie and Izzy who both work in the city 3 days a week (WFH Mondays and Fridays). The flat is in a cul-de-sac which feels very safe and is in a very quiet area. Clapham South station is a 10 minute walk and Balham is a 13 minute walk. I will be hosting viewings w/c 2nd and 9th March so let me know if you’re interested!
