Large Room in Clapham South

Hello! We are three males aged 27, 29, 29 1x Aussie (Harry) and 2x South Africans (Ciaran and Kyle) looking for a laid-back, social housemate, ideally between the age of 24–34 to join our large, relaxed, fun home in Clapham South from the 11th of May. The lease would be ongoing for 12 months, but will have 2 months notice break clause as per regulations from May.

Bills, council tax and wifi are shared equally and are roughly £150 per month - over and above the £775 monthly rent.

The room is semi furnished and is on the ground floor. It’s spacious, and has a huge cupboard space. There are 2x bathrooms and toilets within the home, but likely the bathroom downstairs will be mostly used by yourself.

We use the lounge quite frequently as we are a social household. We usually use the lounge to watch sport/movies/beers etc.

The house is in a perfect location – just seven minutes walk from Clapham South tube station, it’s right next to a Big Tesco, and a short walk to Clapham Common. It’s a big house, with a massive lounge, a garden (great for summer BBQs), and all the essentials (dishwasher, washing machine, etc.). It’s slightly old, but definitely does the job.

We’re a social household and would love someone who’s up for joining us on pub trips, watching the footie etc, or just hanging out. We are all easygoing, and happy to live with someone who would like to socialise with us or just be on your own.
