We are looking for a lovely girl to take over a room in a warm and welcoming 4-bedroom house in Clapham South. I’m moving in my bf and need someone to take my spot!

Clapham South - just 10 minute walk to Clapham south station (7 minute speed walk) or 15 minutes to balham station! The Common is less than a 10 minute walk down the road, with access to Sainsbury’s, Tesco and northcote road also within short walking distance!

🛏️ The Room:
This bright big room comes fully furnished with:
* Double bed
* Bedside table
* Large built-in wardrobe

Happy to leave my desk and chair there if wanted!

You'll share the bathroom with one other gal.

A beautiful, fully furnished 2-storey flat with:
* Spacious open-plan kitchen

👯‍♀️The Housemates:
You'll be sharing with three social, tidy and friendly girls aged 26-30 - sociable but respectful of each other's space and routines, with the regular joint binging of reality tv, Tuesday wines and lunchtime walks. We all work hybrid in corporate roles.

* Rent: £1,100 per month, to be paid prior to the 8th
* Bills: Approx. £90
* Deposit: £1,125
* Move-in: 10 May 2026
