I am looking for someone to take over my large double room from 4th July. The house is in a gated community 3 minutes walk from Clapham South tube station, has a large living room with separate kitchen, private garden and a parking space is available. The room itself is large and has plenty of natural daylight and you would be sharing a bathroom with one other.

Rent is £1200.00 per month + bills that are around £150 per month.

You would be sharing with three fab girls in their twenties and they are looking for a girl who is keen for a house night in and out but also someone who has their own group of friends in London.
