We’re looking for a lovely new housemate to take over a spacious double room with ensuite in our Clapham South home 🏡✨

Available any time in June!

📍 The House
We live in a safe gated mews in the heart of Clapham South — just a 5 min walk to Clapham South tube and 10 mins to Balham, with a bus stop right outside. We’re also a few doors down from the Avalon 🍻

There’s an M&S, Co-op, Sainsbury’s and a big Tesco all within a 5–10 min walk, plus Clapham Common nearby for walks, coffees and summer hangs ☀️

The house is a 4-bed with:
- A big kitchen with dining table
- Separate cosy living room
- Dishwasher + plenty of storage
- Great garden that gets lots of use in summer 🌿

We have a private landlord who is super responsive.

- Double bed + bedside table

About Us
You’d be living with Amy (30), Sam (30) and Bri (27). We all work full time and have a mix of office and WFH schedules, although we’re mostly office-based during the week. We’re looking for someone of a similar age who also works full time.

We’re a friendly, social household who enjoy hanging out together while also respecting each other's space.

You’ll usually find us at the pub, brunching, at the gym or pilates, watching MAFS/Love Island on the sofa, going for walks around the common, travelling, weekends away, summer festivals, movie nights, house dinners, nights out etc.

We’re looking for someone who is social, easygoing, tidy, respectful, and keen to be friends and become part of the house dynamic rather than just renting a room!

Bills roughly 80-100 each month
Council tax: £30, electricity & gas £35, wifi £10.56, water is more periodic not monthly but the last bill was £25 each!
